Computer Integrated Systems Design

INTEGRATED SYSTEMS DESIGNED TO MOVE COMMISSIONED TO LAST

AC GREYSER ENGRG SERVICES is a Singapore systems design house that plans, builds and commissions the controlled flow inside a factory. From our Marsiling Drive works at 34 MARSILING DRIVE, #09-381, Singapore - 730034, we take a production line from concept sketch to signed acceptance, so every station, sensor and drive pulls in step. The work is unglamorous and precise: architecture first, integration second, commissioning last, and support forever after.

What we do

A systems house for lines that must keep moving

Every industrial line is a conversation between equipment that was bought at different times from different makers. AC GREYSER ENGRG SERVICES exists to make that conversation civil. We define the control architecture, integrate the machines, write and test the supervisory software, and then stand beside the operators on the day the line finally runs at rate. The six services below are the spine of our practice, and every one of them ends with a document an auditor and an operator can both read.

TAG T1

Control System Architecture

We start with the map, not the panel. Control System Architecture fixes how many controllers a line needs, how they share a network, where safety functions live and how recipes travel from the office to the floor. Getting this layer right removes most of the blame that follows a stalled real time process.

Production Line Integration

Integration is the slow craft of making conveyors, welders, feeders, cameras and robots behave as one machine. We sequence the stations, tune transfer handshakes, and remove the small hidden buffers that quietly become bottlenecks when demand rises.

SCADA and HMI Engineering

Operators deserve screens that tell the truth in one glance. SCADA and HMI Engineering covers alarm rationalisation, trend design, and screen layouts built around the decisions a shift team actually makes rather than around whatever tags the programmer found first.

Commissioning and Site Acceptance

Commissioning is where promises meet voltage. We run loop checks, staged start ups and formal Site Acceptance Testing, then hand over the evidence pack that proves every interlock behaved as designed. Nothing is signed until the line is stable at the rate the contract demands.

Retrofit and Line Upgrades

Most lines are never greenfield. Retrofit and Line Upgrades is the discipline of transplanting a modern control core into a working plant across short shutdown windows, with changeover plans written hour by hour so that production resumes before the deadline.

Maintenance and Support Contracts

A commissioned line drifts. Maintenance and Support Contracts keep it honest through scheduled audits, spares planning, remote diagnostics and a response window that matches the cost of an idle hour. We treat support as engineering, not as a help desk.

How a line is measured

Load plates and what they stand for

Every conveyor we design carries load plates, and every plate carries a claim we are willing to test. The three plates below summarise how we judge our own work before we ask a client to judge it.

Plate LP-01

Flow without stalls

Throughput is set by the slowest handshake, so we measure transfer dwell time at every station and remove the micro stops that hide inside a normal shift.

Plate LP-02

Control you can audit

Every interlock, alarm and recipe change is documented, versioned and traceable, which turns a future fault finding session from guesswork into reading.

Plate LP-03

Support that answers

Our support contracts define the response window in writing, and we staff to it, because an idle line costs more than any invoice we will ever send.

Inspection gantry: the discipline behind the design

Before any panel is ordered we walk the line with the maintenance team and record what actually happens on a bad day. The inspection gantry is our habit of looking down at the whole flow, not just at the machine in front of us. That single view catches the layout conflicts, the oversize cabinets and the impossible cable routes that later become emergencies. It also gives the client a written baseline, so improvement can be proven rather than asserted.

Integrated practice

Why integration belongs in one pair of hands

A production line purchased in separate packages is a set of good decisions that do not add up. The conveyor vendor optimises transfer speed, the robot vendor optimises cycle time, the safety supplier optimises category and the software house optimises its own screen refresh. Nobody owns the seam, and the seam is where the money leaks. AC GREYSER ENGRG SERVICES takes ownership of the seam. We hold the architecture across all packages, write the interface schedules, and insist that every supplier signs the same sequencer document before a single terminal is landed.

This matters most during an upgrade. When a legacy line is retrofitted, the old drives, the old field wiring and the old habits all push back. Our retrofit team maps what exists, keeps what is sound, and replaces only the layers that genuinely block progress. That restraint keeps the shutdown short and the capital modest, and it means the maintenance crew recognises the plant they return to on Monday morning.

The same philosophy shapes our supervisory work. A SCADA system is not a picture of the plant, it is a decision aid. If an alarm cannot be acted upon, we remove it. If a trend cannot change a decision, we replace it. Operators are the most experienced sensors on site, and the interface should respect that experience rather than bury it under colour and noise.

Finally, integration ends in documentation. As built drawings, interface schedules, loop folders, recipe structures and acceptance records are delivered as one controlled handover set. It is the least glamorous deliverable we produce and the one clients reference most, often years later when a first generation engineer has moved on and a new team must understand why a line behaves the way it does.

Sectors we serve

Engineered flow across demanding plants

Precision manufacturing

Multi station assembly cells where cycle time is contractually fixed and traceability is mandatory. We build the data path so that every unit can be traced to the exact parameters in force when it was made.

Food and packaging

Hygienic lines where cleanliness and changeover speed compete. We design washdown capable enclosures, fast recipe switching and alarms that follow the product rather than the panel.

Materials handling

Buffering, sorting and transfer systems where the real problem is surge management. We size accumulation and add visibility so the floor manager can see where the pressure is building.

Process and utilities

Skids, pumps and treatment loops that need steady supervisory control. Our SCADA work keeps operator screens calm and trend data useful for energy review.

Delivery

A commissioning process with no loose ends

Our projects move through five deliberate stages. Each stage ends with a signed artefact so the client always knows what has been proven and what remains open.

Stage 01

Survey and scope

We walk the plant, record existing control assets and agree the measurable outcome of the project.

Stage 02

Architecture

Network topology, controller allocation, safety concept and interface schedules are frozen and issued.

Stage 03

Build and test

Panels are assembled, software is written and the whole system is tested off site before shipping.

Stage 04

Commission

Loop checks, staged start up and Site Acceptance Testing are executed against the approved criteria.

Stage 05

Sustain

Training, spares planning and a support contract keep the line performing long after handover.

Bring us a line that will not behave

Send us the layout, the fault history and the rate you need. We will tell you plainly what we would change first, what it would cost, and how long the line would need to stand still. Reach the team at enquiries@acgreysereng.buzz or on +12627478595.
