Tell us the product, the target rate, the number of stations and the control platform currently in use. A layout sketch and a short fault history are extremely useful, because they let us identify whether the issue is architecture, integration or an ageing device. If a shutdown window is already fixed, include the dates so we can check the schedule against our fourth quarter commissioning window.

Yes. A large part of our work is inheriting systems designed elsewhere. We begin with a control audit in which we map the existing architecture, verify backups and review alarm behaviour. From that audit we can offer a maintenance and support contract, plan a retrofit, or simply advise on the changes that would give the fastest return. The audit is designed to be useful even if no further work is ordered.

Response times depend on the contract tier and the location of the plant. Contract clients with an active agreement hold a defined response window that we staff to, and remote diagnostics often resolve the issue before a site visit is arranged. For new enquiries we assess priority at the time of the call, and we will always tell you honestly whether we can meet your window.
